We are pleased to announce that Bradley Stoke United
has been awarded FA Chartered Status.
The FA Chartered Standard is a
best practice guide that
sets standards of coaching, administration and child
protection for clubs working with young people.
Andy
Hawkins (Chairman) said "since taking over as
Chairman 2 seasons ago, we have all been working
towards achieving FA Chartered status and are
pleased to be the first team in Bradley Stoke to do
so. My thanks go to all the committee/coaches
for their time and effort in attending training
courses to enable us to achieve this award and in
particular Noleen Clark who over the past 12 months
has been instrumental in pulling together the
relevant documentation".
"There
are only a small number of clubs in Bristol let
alone Gloucestershire County who have achieved this
so to be one of the minority is a great
achievement."
The
club have been presented with a certificate and
plaque which will very shortly be on view in the
trophy cabinet at Bradley stoke Community School.
